Because Amazon is so great about returning items I was never worried that I would be stuck with a lemon or have a hassle returning anything! When my FIRST new shredder arrived I loved the power of it, it will cut 12 sheets but moves a lot faster with only 6 to 8 sheets. The problem with the first shedder was the sensor kept telling me that it was full when it really was less than 1/2 full. Through Amazon online, I requested a return and to receive the same model of shredder. I received my SECOND new shredder 2 days later. This shredder works 75% better. The makers of this shredder, Black and Decker, seem not to want you to use the whole shredder bin. This second shredder uses about 3/4 of the bin. But I really like the power, how quite it is and it can shred for 15 minutes or more without stopping. Over all I'll give this shredder an 8 out of 10. |
