I purchased this unit exactly 30 days ago and I am quite impressed with it. I live in California and the weather here has been crazy. One day the temperature was 98 degrees and it was December!!! This unit cooled my entire bedroom in 30 minutes making the temperature steady at about 67 degrees. I was and still am quite impressed with this unit.

The units arrrived earlier than advertized which was a blessing during the NYC summer heat. The units are not quiet as central air, of course, but what is? They are at least as quiet as window-bangers, a lot better looking and a much easier to remove if you do not need them. In sum, a very good investment.

This air conditioner was easier to install than windows units I had before. It's nice that I don't have use up a whole window so I can still see out of it. As for this unit, it cools my bedroom just fine. It's a little noisy but nice to have it for the hottest days of the year. I recommend this product If don't need to cool an entire house or don't need to use it very often. For me, it's a great product.
